Looking for a quiet escape with big mountain views? This 14-foot glamping tipi at Black Bear Lodge is your perfect cozy hideaway—ideal for couples looking to reconnect or solo guests seeking a peaceful mountain retreat.

Inside, you’ll find:

• A full-size bed with soft linens
   
• Warm lighting and rustic décor for an inviting glow
   
• A coffee maker stocked with a variety of coffees, teas, and flavored blends
   
• Access to a shared refrigerator/freezer
   

Step outside to enjoy our shared fire pit, cook dinner beneath the trees in our outdoor kitchen, or start your day with coffee and freshly baked muffins at the top of our mountaintop observation deck—a favorite for sunrise and stargazing.

You’ll also have easy access to two nearby bathhouses with hot showers. Need to check in with the world? WiFi is available upon request.

Please note:

• AWD or 4WD is Highly Recommended to access the property.  It is a 2 mile single lane road with the last mile being very steep and loose gravel / dirt.  If you feel your vehicle may not be able to make the journey to the top of our mountain, please reach out to us about seeing if we can arrange transportation for an extra fee ($30.00). 

• Pets are not permitted
